how link to “random” page in site

how did you link the webpage did you link using include?

Details I have forgot to mention:
– I’m trying also to load the page coding the URL directly from the browser address box, like https://mysite/anotherpage.php, but the error occurs
– the caption in the browser states: “Nothing found for anotherpage php”

If that yourcode.php file is saved in themes/yourtheme folder, then to ‘execute’ that you’d visit yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/yourtheme/yourcode.php

so to link the page I need an absolute path?

Did as you suggest got this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in E:\docs\wordpress\myblog.com\wp-content\themes\tgv1\anotherpage.php on line 1

Ah, so it really isn’t a stand alone page, you want to use WordPress functions…
