How it works with whatsapp web

  • Dear Sir,
    I’Ve created a reservation form using CF 7 and I’ve integrated you plugin. I’ve tested it and see the following difference:
    1) By Phone: Once I sent the form, the message is open as a preview on the chat with the number I’ve sent it and I need to confirm the whatsapp message sending

    2) By Desktop: Once I sent teh form, it opens a new windows using whatsapp web with a preview of the message, then when I push the go to chat with the selected numebr, the chat windows does not contain the message so I’ve to rewrite it. Is It correct?

    Question: is not possible to configure the message to be sent automatically to whatsapp?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Do you already log in to Web WhatsApp on your desktop?

    As Whatsapp is not allowed us to transfer the data via query string for security purposes if you’re not already logged in. So I request you that first log in to Web WhatsApp on your desktop and try again.

    And here is the answer to your question it’s not possible to send a message automatically as WhatsApp not allowed us.
