How it actually works? Any most simple way to guide me?

  • I guess I’m just too stupid to understand the instruction from WORDPRESS. I want to use the wordpress template to change the free blog look, but, I have no idea how it works. Plus, I have download the 2.6.2 WordPress….I’ve tried to understand whole requirment, but, I’m just too dumb to get it start. Probably because I don’t have any website build experience except the simple blog. If anyone here can give me a hand to find out the most simple way to solve my big problem, I would be greatful appreciated.
