How is this unique front-page excerpts heading style done?

    I noticed that some WordPress sites use sort of two heading on the excerpts on the front page.

    For example: On the Homepage of blogs.reuters.com/us
    excerpts of articles show the heading and the section’s name (accidentally it is same us authors’ name)

    Is that a result of some tweak on breadcrumbs or something different?
