How is this different than sticky list?

    Also does it pull previous data meaning from past users after I have activated the plugin or only users who fill it out after it has been installed?

    This plugin prepopulates a form with the values from the users latest submission of that form. It then allows the user to update from data instead of creating a new entry in each submit.

    It pulls data from the users last entry even if it was not installed during submission.

    How does the users latest submission “find” the same user?
