I’m running ImageMagick/Imagick/Ghostscript but this plugin is reporting that ImageMagick and Ghostscript are not found. I’m able to run a sample page to generate a bitmap, so both ImageMagick and the Imagick plugin must be found.

As for Ghostscript, I have it installed, though ImageMagick doesn’t show it as supported. I’ve added the GS DLL’s to PATH (it’s a Windows box), but I’m not sure if I need to do anything else. It tells me that it can’t load IM_MOD_RL_PDF_.dll, though it’s definitely there.

    1. Why is it showing ImageMagick as not installed?
    2. Any idea why GS isn’t working (not your problem, I know!)

    Thanks!

Hey, sorry for the radio silence. Didn’t receive notifications about these.

ImageMagick checks by running convert -v and looking for the string “Version” in the result. So if you have SSH access, run that command and let me know what the result is.

    For 2, I don’t do enough IT/server management to know. Sorry :/

Hey @atkulp, didn’t know if you’d had a chance to look at this.

I ended up moving away from this. I was trying on GoDaddy, then I tried it on Azure. For all I know, it might work now with recent updates, but I remember that the very specific versions needed for ImageMagick and Ghostscript with PHP was very frustrating. Thanks for following up. Better late than never!
