• Hi there.

We only offer free shipping to certain zones (city / metro zones). We don’t off it to rural / non-metro zones. We have the necessary zones set up in WooCommerce Shipping.

I am wondering what logic your plugin is using in order to determine whether customer qualifies for free shipping. If they haven’t yet entered a shipping address (or post code, which is what our site uses to determine their shipping zone), the plugin might incorrectly tell the customer they have qualified for free shipping.

Is there any way to avoid that situation, with your plugin? Or will it only work on stores the have a free shipping option across all zones?

    Thanks,

    Jonathan

    Hi Jonathan,

First, please check the settings of Shipping tab in the WooCommerce settings of your shop.

If you choose to hide the shipping fee until customers enter the address, then the Free Shipping Bar won’t be visible.

If you choose to display the shipping calculator, then our plugin will depend on the products’ shipping class to consider the rate: https://prnt.sc/FOy14UyQ1z7y.

All products have their own shipping classes specified in the Shipping tab of the single product page, our plugin will depend on that class to determine how much is needed for buyers to enjoy the Free Shipping: https://prnt.sc/3k0hNKzK3_jM.

    Best regards.
