How is event value populated?

  • Plugin version: 2.0.3
    Option “How would you like to send events?” is set to Google Analytics (Ajax only)
    Option “Make all forms Ajax only?” is set to Ajax only

    Dynamic event values aren’t working for me. How are these generated? Input value attributes maybe? I’m thinking dollar signs make not be stripped or something, but I’m just not sure.
