How is 2FA catered for on login form

Just started setting up PMS and created the Login/Register forms etc. They are all functioning as expected out-of-the-box before styling them but i ran into a problem. When i logout then attempt to log back in i get past the username/email & password then i have a plugin that show the Two-factor-Auth input box but this never shows up so logins obviously fail with message “TFA code incorrect”. I’ve had to disable PMS until i get an answer here. 2FA is crucial on my site and not an option. How do i get PMS to recognise the 2FA input box? see error screenshot below:
