How i can put skysa bar on specific pages only in wordpress/buddypress

1-I want to use skysa bar on one page not for all pages. so how i can restrict to show. I m using buddypress.
2- I want to restrict people to access skysa bar with free membership. for membership i m using paid membership pro.Kindly assist.
