    Hey there chuskito,

    Hope you’re well today ??

Unfortunately this isn’t possible out of a box in the free version of the plugin unless you grant admin user role for that specific user.

In premium version there is Administrative Permissions add-on that allows you to set access to different admin pages related to Appointments plugin for specific user role. What you could do is create a separate user role and assign those rules to that specific user role.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

Hello, the first is I will buy the premium version.

Nevertheless, I want do that, creater one roler with name “appointments” and give permissions only for edit appointments and not configuration. But the problem is what i have the “user role editor” and I dont see the permisions of plugin appointments. How I can know the rules of permissions of the plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hey again chuskito,

You don’t have to know that in case you’re going to use premium version, add-on allows you to set rules for specific parts in the admin for specific user role.

So for example once you activate Administrative Permissions you’ll see the following in Appointments -> Settings -> General -> Appointments Role Access https://screencast.com/t/w1MlcYOb, if you add your new role (I’ll add contributor in my example) to have access for Appointments page, this will be the only part this role will have access to.

So with the settings as above, this is what contributor is seeing in the admin https://screencast.com/t/7xer8k7AovAB. As you can see access is only set to edit appointments and not other plugin settings.

    Hope this helps ??

    Cheers,
    Bojan
