How hide (disable) button Order with payment (EU VAT 2015)

  • Please, how is possible hide or disable button “Order with payment obligation” if buyer select foreign country on checkout page?

    How add hard coded VAT number prefix (SK) to the VAT text field?

    Aim is disable orders (payments) from foreign countries and enable orders only from shop base country due to state VAT bureaucratic obligation.
