How hard would it be to make this website into a wordpress theme?

Hey,

I’d like to get an idea how hard would it be to make a wordpress theme out of this website

I have some little experience with editing wordpress themes, and some experience with some simple coding (real coding not html/css)

I do have some vague idea how the whole structure work, but i’d be thankful if someone described me it on example.

Let’s say with the menu, it’s a table with menu items: menu name, price, ingredients.

It’s obviously array of some sort, but how do i create a section in admin panel for easy customization ?

Also would this all be in a homepage.php or something like that? or would i have let’s say homepage.php into which i would individual sections of the website?

I know this post is little bit hard to understand but I’m exhausted and I just need to know ??
