I’m just looking at the WooCommerce module, and whilst a new admin might want all the information, I typically wouldn’t want to make all of it available to other users. For example:

    – if a shop manager is only selling virtual products I wouldn’t want to display the ‘Shipping’ section.
    – the shop manager doesn’t need to configure the payment gateway, or indeed the emails if their administrator has dealt with that for them.

Given I tailor their admin areas to present the things they do need to interact with, and to remove the rest of it, I’d like to do that with the help system as well.

Will it be possible to determine which elements of a standard module are displayed on a per site basis, or will I need to write and maintain my own ‘WooCommerce’ module to only deliver the parts I need?

If a free module exists for a plugin, but I’m not convinced it’s a helpful experience for some reason, will I be able to deactivate it against a domain, to prevent it displaying?
