How getting location?

IP location is only 99.5% effective, and there’s no definitive information from Google as to where Googlebot may crawl from. They have datacenters all around the world and I’ve seen this IP recently associated with Germany, Netherlands, US, and Italy (with 1000km accuracy radius) so it may be frequently reassigned within the organization.

IP addresses change constantly and we update the geoIP database as often as we can but I’m afraid it’s never going to be 100% accurate.
