How get the different categories

    I would like to ask you, how to get the category post which is inside the category?

    I need to use category ID and when get all post, but I dont know, how to do it ??

    I have created a new Loop file, for diferent layout, all my theme I have customised, but I need to get in 1 page 2 diferents category, 1 is all post, or another one is category ?Hot news“ post, but i dont know, how to get post whic is in ?Hot news“ so, I hope that u’ll help for me ??
