how get single post id from attachment id

There is a strange problem for me.
i creat a image.php in m theme and display image with this template…

but i want to display all post with content and image and i dont know how get parent post id that attachmet belong this post…
i mean how get single post id from an attachment id that i have

exampla i want https://www.tojihi.com/?attachment_id=1398 convert to https://www.tojihi.com/?p=483

i iplogaiz for my english…
