how get it work for the articel feature picture?

i like your plugin very well.
but in my theme it only works directly in a article.
for example this site: https://raputation.de/2013/08/11-08-1973-back-to-school-jam-1520-sedgwick-ave-rec-room/the second picture dirctly in the article works, but can you help how i get it works on the feature-picutre (the first on the top) tooo?
where can i plant the manuel tag?
