How frequently are the MaxMind geographic and ASN databases and your subsequent iterations of them updated?

Because I am already seeing in my access logs (server code 200) IPs of hosts and countries I already have blocked by ASN and geographically, respectively, leaving me to conclude they are IPs/ranges acquired by those hosts/countries since the last database being utilized was compiled.

    Thanks.

    They release new databases monthly.
Did you check if those IP addresses are requesting dynamic or static content? NinjaFirewall will block all PHP requests (and, depending on your configuration, HTML ones), but not static ones (e.g. an image or CSS file).

No, I didn’t check, but I will. What about PHP cached as HTML (in a typical WP configuration using a caching plugin)? Will NFW block both? The former, but not the latter?

If you are doing caching at the PHP level, it will get through NF first.
If you are using a .htaccess file and rewrite rules to load the cached files, it won’t go through the firewall. But if hackers tried to mess with the site (add a query string, send POST requests, directly access a PHP script etc), it will go through the firewall because caching plugins do not cache those requests.
