    I hope you’re well today!

    This error means that Google PageSpeed Insights couldn’t even fetch your site. It’s a bit difficult to say what exactly is happening but some common issues are

    – site is loading really slow, taking longer than 15 seconds limit to load;
    – there’s some setting (security tool, some rules in .htaccess, some firewall on server) that blocks access for (at least some) Google robots
    – there’s a “browser issues”

    That said, if you try to test the site with GTMetrix, is there also a problem or does it load fine?

    Site isn’t in “coming soon” or “maintenance” mode and it has all the valid/correct SSL, right?

    Have you also tried testing it using browser’s “incognito” window? If not, could you try, please?
