How Exactly does “Between Comment” Works

I have been using you plugin for years now and I so much love it. One of these days, I will donate ??

Meanwhile, please I’m a bit confused on how the “between comments” work.

I enabled it, and in the “insertion filter mirror setting” I chose 30, 60

That is, I wanted the ads to appear between 30 comments and 60 comments, When I check in fronted, I noticed it didn’t work that way.

It displayed only one ad (after about 55 comments or thereabout).

So my question is, what am I missing?
