How Event Tickets Calculates Availability

    Hello. I have noticed that from the front end under sales report, the front end user can click on an option ‘i’ next to the ticket type which then displays a message saying: Learn more about how availability is calculated. You click this and it takes you through to link: https://support.theeventscalendar.com/189617-How-Event-Tickets-Calculates-Availability?r=1

    How do I deactivate this as all my end users can see this and then click the link and see what software I am using from your website. I would like to deactivate the whole entire ‘i’ button next to the quantity of tickets please? can you please provide code to remove this daft button? Thank you and I hope that makes sense

    Please note that you have posted in the wrong forum. Your question is about Event Tickets and not The Events Calendar.

    Now sure what you mean by “from the front end under sales report”. To the best of my knowledge there is no sales report on the front end. Do you have a screenshot or a URL where we could take a look at this?

    Hi. From the my events dashboard, you have section attendees and sales. Click on sales and then you will see all options including your papal address etc. Now click the tickets icon which is an ‘i’ It then shows this link to: https://m.tri.be/1aek or : https://support.theeventscalendar.com/189617-How-Event-Tickets-Calculates-Availability?r=1

    Hope that makes sense. You will need to try this from your end as it shows your personal details etc. Of course I dont want my customers to have a link to your site. I need to hide my software, not advertise it. Thank you

    Hi @lloydy1980

    That is only visible on the backend, in the admin area or WordPress.

    It is not visible to the customers who are visiting the frontend of your site.

    Hi I have tested this from front end and it is indeed still showing this link. Can you provide code plesse to remove this option. it is sending customers to your site. As per above this is under dashboard, sales, tickets (i) icon and then it shows link
