How estimated delivery date and tracking info in order processing and order com

hello, I would like to show estimated delivery date and tracking information in order processing and order completed emails respectively. by default these options appear in my customer emails but with this plugin which I recently installed, i haven’t been able to get them to show. Also no images and logos appear in the emails when sent.
