how enable a plugin for every user to have his own settings in it ?

    hello , i have steaming social media for facebook plugin … its free but it can only accept 1 API which is most likely will be me ( the admin/owner ) … i want to know if its possibility to add the ability for the same plugin to be able to add as many APIs as i want ( for every user )… is there is any easy way to do that ?
