How edit email template

  • Hello i want edit template of email. How do it? Etc. i want remove IP adress and user agent from footer of email.

  • Hi, do you have the following enabled
    Enable sender information in email footer     under the Advanced tab?

    If you do, disable this feature and that should fix your issue.

    I do not want remove all sender information ! Only IP adress and user agent
