How download theme from dev site to install on localhost

Hello, I have a wordpress site that I need to make changes on. It is using a custom theme that a former colleague created. I’d like to install the theme locally but am unsure how to get all the files. I currently do not have ftp access but have admin rights. Is it possible without ftp access? Any help appreciated.
