    hi
We recently converted to WooCommerce and installed YITH loyalty Points, where even if we set the points to be 1 = £1 of spend there is some wierd calculation that happens when a coupon is used.

    This is the logic:

The product costs 1.19 so it gets 1 point for 22 (quantity), so total points is 22
then it update that value due to coupon usage and this is the calculation
    ?
( item line subtotal – item discount ) / item line subtotal * total points

So rather that what the ‘total cost is’ for example if the checkout total is £50 then the customer gets 50 points, the YITH applies the above math!

With YITH the total is £190, but only 132 points are awarded!!

Does you plugin do this? Do it work out 1 point per £1 spent?

    Hey ,

Thank you for sharing your query with us,

We reward per currency spent points based on the order total so for example If the Product price is £200 and if you applied £20 as discount using coupon then the order total will be £180 and our plugin will reward 180 points in this case based on the conversion stated by you which is 1 point = £1 spent.

Sorry I meant to ask, does you plugin have an import system?

As we would need to migrate our customers points to your plugin?
