I understand that the plug-in creates a feed that I can then be imported into the marketplace. But how does the marketplace notify woocommerce that a sale has actually been made?

    Hi,

I’m afraid that it won’t sync in reverse.

You see, with our plugin you can only generate an accurate WooCommerce product feed with pre-made templates. Once the feed is generated, you need to login to your merchant account and upload the feed manually (You need to upload the feed manually for the first time. Later your data will be fetched from your WooCommerce store automatically – if the merchant supports schedule fetch).

So this is actually a one-way process. If your feed is updating regularly, you will get the updated WooCommerce data (depending on the feed update schedule) on your marketplace shop. But your WooCommerce store won’t be in sync with your marketplace.

I hope you understand what I’m trying to say.

Let me know if you have further queries or if you face any issues.

    Thank you.
