    Hi Kelicia,

    Sorry for the delay in responding. At the moment it will only work with exact match title (ie it won’t take the variations into account).

    If you can give me a couple of example titles you want to match, I can look into how much work it would be to add that as a parameter.

    I think it would be a great feature for the plugin. If it’s relatively quick to add, I can do it in the next week or two. If it turns out to be a bigger job, I’ll have to schedule it and it could be a while before it’s done.

    Cheers,
    Stephen

    Thanks for responding and your willingness to help Stephen!

    Here are some sample titles:

    Theatre Arts to perform & quot;How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying& quot;
    Theatre Arts to perform "How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying"

    Graduate School Dean& #039;s Lecture Series is March 9-10
    Graduate School Dean's Lecture Series is March 9-10

    (Remove the spaces after the ampersands…)

    The articles have the same meta data (time, author, etc) except slugs of course. (The unencoded article has a -2 slug)

    I assume some old plugin did this automatically or it is a remnant from a really old version of WordPress. It could also have something to do with accidentally moving trash items from old blog into the new one. Regardless it’s a problem we need to deal with now and I think a plugin like yours could make the process much easier on us!

    EDIT: It keeps automatically converting the encoded symbols.
