How does the “seen count” work?

    I was just wondering about the “seen count”. In the list of “sent mails” there is a column called “seen count”. I cannot imagine how the plugin would determine wheter a sent mail was opened.

    I would like to know what is this supposed to mean and how does it work?

    Hello gheebuttersnaps,

    Here seen count indicates how many times receiver has opened that particular mail.

    I see.

    I looked at the plugin code and saw that a tracking pixel is inserted into the email. Thanks.

    It might be worth mentioning this feature ??
