How does the scan work?

    Hi,
    I am unable to figure out how to make the scan option to work. If I press on the Scan button then nothing happens. What is it that scans barcode? Is it a phone camera or something else?

    I tried with Are there any prerequisites to make it work?

  • Hello @soldier99

    It’s the barcode scanner that you need to have connected with your laptop/desktop from where you are using the POS.

    If you do not have a barcode scanner connected, you can use search instead.
