How does the Activity title work?

  • Hi. I’m customizing your handy plugin and I want to re-arrange how the Activity title is rendered, yet I don’t understand how it works. It currently reads: “Blog: %s from %s in the group %s” on line 224 of /includes/bp-groups-externalblogs.php.

    How does the server know when to hand the browser what? Is the sequence of the three “%s” thingies defined elsewhere? Currently it’s: Title, Blog, Group. I’m looking to rearrange it to: Blog, Title, Group.

    Desired Output example:

    The Daily Llama: MONSANTO EMERGES AS SUSPECT ON WACO PLANT DRONE STRIKE on the News[IMAGE] Channel

  • The code area above is correct. I had to deactivate and the reactivate the plugin for changes to take effect.
