A: This is a difficult question What means GDPR? Google fonts can be used remote or it is needed to upload locally?
:2 ::: There are number of things that you will have to check UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) I can only highlight few things (example do you or the theme builder set any cookies, collect any PII, google fonts, FA etc.).
Q: 3. I can’t even find a way to communicate with them via email. The only way to get in touch with them is typical chat, which only works via logging into FB (I would NOT EXPECT to do, Hard to trust FB).
