How does subscription work for customers?

  • I’m using the free version of the YITH subscription and want to know how it works for customers. Do you send customers a monthly reminder email to renew their subscriptions? If not then how it work, and how can customers cancel the subscription?

    Hello, can anyone help answer how YITH subscription helps customers renew their subscriptions? Does it send a monthly reminder email or automatically deduct the amount every month? In that case, how can customers cancel subscription?

    the plugin does not send any email. The amount is taken automatically.

    If the subscription is paid using PayPal Standard they can cancel from their PayPal account, otherwise a button will be available in the My Account section

    Hi, Stripe is our payment gateway. So how can customers cancel the subscription? Where is the “My Account section” that you mentioned?
