How Does Pinterest Share Work

  • Sorry if this is a dumb question but I added the Cresta Social Media Share Counter and the counter works fine for everything so far except for Pinterest.

    For Pinterest however I am not sure what qualifies as an actual share since you can’t create your own hyperlink anywhere. You can see my website here… myrankseo.ca.

    Will it work if your link is included in the source field then someone else pins it or what? Anyone who could give me any clarity there would be much appreciated.
