How does a Plugin know where to put the divs?

    Hi!

    I′m currently having the problem, that i cant find out, how plugins know where to put their code on the page.

    Explicitly, i have a SEO fb comments-plugin, and it puts itself per div directly underneath the post content in the content-area, but before the wp native comments div.

    So I try right know to put it “into” the comments div.

    So: Somehow the plugin knows to put the div in wrapper->content->main->after post but before comment.
    How? I cant find any code in the plugin telling it to do so.
