How does a plugin interact/integrate with the theme ??

    I’m trying to figure out where to fix a bug in the PostTeaser plugin..

    I’m running Arjuna-x 1.5.1, and they have a little envelope at the bottom of the post which shows what categories the post have bin posted under, but at random posts this envelope disappears and the tags and categories switch places..

    Can anyone tell me how those to things, plugin and theme interact with each other, so i can find the bug and fix it ??
