How do you use this form?

    Hi,

    I installed and activated this form.

    However, when I click Add New, it takes me all the way back to the home page of our website.

    Not only does it take you to the home page, it disables all the menu items and you are not able to click on any menu.

    What am I doing wrong or is this a compatibility issue?

    Just to add, we are using WordPress 5.02 at the moment.

    That sure does sounds like some sort of compatibility issue. Just to rule out a few common causes, would you please make sure that you’ve updated WordPress to the latest version (now 5.0.3), and that HappyForms is update to date. Does that help? If not, would you also please try disabling any other active plugins you have installed? Does that fix things up?

    Let us know your findings, please! Hopefully we can patch up any problems on our end for you.
