How do you turn on the mobile option?

    I have looked through all the options I could think of and I can’t find a way to turn on the mobile site options. When I look at the site on a mobile device, it looks like the desktop version. I’m sure it’s a simple fix, but if anyone could point it out, I’d much appreciate it.
