How do you take the text out of the header on each pageé

You should be able to hide that with a bit of CSS:

.page-title {
   visibility: hidden;
{

A good way to add CSS to your site is use the Additional CSS panel in the Customizer (assuming you’re running at least WordPress 4.7) or with something like the Jetpack Plugin using the Custom CSS Module.

Give it a try and let me know how it looks ??

Or open customizr from wordpress admin area and disable page title ??
