How do you recount links?

Recently changed the URL of a site from http to https and the URLs in the SEO link database table need updating. Is there a way to refresh all the links?

https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/7710Already did that awhile ago and it got binned. They said it that github is not where to seek support.
