How do you order submitted form email data?

  • Hello, the order of the field data in our submitted forms does not follow the order of our website forms. For example some of the fields further down our website form are displaying near the top of the form emails received.

    What determines the order form data is displayed in the submitted email?

    Hi @biotrace,

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible in the current version of the plugin and would require some custom coding. We will see whether we can add this option in the future plugin updates. If you need this feature right now I suggest hiring a developer for assistance.

    Hello – Sorry I am a bit confused by this reply. Surely you are able to advise how the plugin arranges the data in email forms and why it does not arrange the data in the actual order of the form?

    Is the data arranged depending on the timestamp an input field was created?

    The data order is a total mess in the submitted forms currently.
