How do you make different blogs on different pages.

Hey im looking for a way that on different pages i can have different blog post or discussions, currently there is only one page wordpress lets you use for your blogs but as i seen on other blogs and what i desire myself is a way to have multiple blogs on different Pages so i can discuss different things. Not just different categories.
