How do you like to insert and edit images inside your posts?

Often it doesn’t do what i expect it to do…maybe you can share a trick or two in this thread. How do you like to insert, edit, margin, pad, and do whatever else to images inside your posts?

Under “Edit Image” do you use:
– Alignment (None, Left, Center, Right)?

Under “Advanced Settings” there is:
– “Advanced Image Settings”, and
– “Advanced Link Settings”

Under “Advanced Settings”, and then under “Advance Image Settings” do yo use:
– Style?
– CSS Class?
– Styles?
– Image Properties (Borders, Vertical Space, Horizontal Space)?

Under Advanced Settings, and then under “Advance Link Settings” do yo use:
– Title?
– Link Rel?
– CSS Class?
– Styles?

I’m just looking for pointers or other suggestions from people, because it is not the most intuitive or predictable thing for me to use in WP 2.6.
