How do you get the recent posts page to go on a particular page?

    Please can you help me!

    When I put a new post on my blog page it goes into the recent posts and defaults to being my static page, what I want to know is can I make my recent posts on a certain page – for example my Home page.

    I cannot seem to link the blog posts into my home page!

    When I go into settings and reading settings change the static page to Home it doesn’t do anything!

    I want my homepage to be my static page and have my recent posts showing up on the homepage.

    Appreciate all the help thanks so much! ??

    If you want your recent posts to show up on the home page, you need to select “Your latest posts” under “Front page displays” at Settings -> Reading in your site’s Dashboard.
