How do you collect blog subscribers?

I’ve got a stable wordpress up and running. People can register to post comments. How do I allow people to subscribe to my blog so they get email’s of what i post to the blog?

(I’ve been trying to use MailPress but I spend too much time trying to keep it working. It isn’t stable.)
