How do you change the spacing of the title text

Hi was just wondering how to change the spacing of the title text above the photo. I’ve fot this running on the right side of my page and love the idea but the title text is literally crammed above the photo and doesn’t look very good.

Also was curious about the customization that enables little buttons at the next and previous because those are also crammed together and look bad.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
