How do you change colors on Awake theme

I have entered all the content on my new website for my small business. Now I want to make a few tweaks of the Awake theme I am using. Would someone please be generous enough to explain to me how to change the colors of any or all of the following: the background, the navigation bar, the text in the paragraph format, heading one (h1) format, h2 format, and h3 format?
I am not very experienced with WordPress, but I can certainly follow instructions well. I have the codes for the colors I want to use; I simply do not know where to make the changes. Any assistance would be supremely appreciated. Thank you!
