How do you add the widget to the side bar?

    I would like to update this I need help adding the enhanced text widget multiple times to the primary side bar. and give them four different names and four different urls that the banner codes are to be on. I tried with two enhanced text widget placements on the primary side bar and did exactly what i said above and the Banner shows up on the Halloween page but not on Christmas Page. How can i fix this so all different banners will show up on all four different pages at the same time.
