    Hi there I am using the Edin theme for a friend of mine and have no idea where or how to add a logo. I don’t see it as an option in site identity or where I would edit it in the website editor.

    If anyone could point me right direction in terms of what to do that would be great. This is the website here still in the early stages https://advancewebsolutions.ca/spiltink/. Thanks!

    Edin supports the Jetpack Site Logo feature. If you activate Jetpack, the option to add a logo will appear in the Customizer’s “Site Title, Tagline, and Logo” panel.

    Let me know how it goes.

    Hi Kathryn

    The logo worked great thank you, sorry to bug you again I’m trying to figure out a couple of other small things with this theme. I tried posting in the main forum and didn’t get a response…

    Do you have any idea how to remove the text in the header for each page, for example on the home page it says “home” over the computer picture here is the link https://advancewebsolutions.ca/spiltink/. I don’t want to have text in any of the headers if possible.

    Also for each header image it shows up darker then the original photo so there is obviously an overlay setting of some kind. Is there any setting that lets you take it off and keep the opacity of the image at 100%?

    Any insight you could offer would be great thank you:)

    Hmm – looks like @shireling replied to your other thread three weeks ago – did you miss it?

    As far as the opacity goes, try adding this to your custom CSS:

    body:not(.no-image-filter) .hero.with-featured-image::before {
      opacity: 0;
    }

    Don’t edit the theme files directly, otherwise your changes will be overwritten every time the theme is updated.

    An easy way to add custom CSS is to use the CSS editor included in the Customizer with WordPress 4.7. Head to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to add your custom CSS.

    Let us know how it goes.
